Hi! I'm Lijun An.

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher (supervisor: Jacob Vogel) at Lund University's BioFINDER community. Before moving to Sweden, I spent five memorable years in Singapore pursuing my Ph.D. (Advisor: Thomas Yeo).

My research interests are neurodegenerative diseases. I aim to develop cutting-edge machine learning and statistical methods for analyzing multi-omics data (e.g., imageomics, proteomics, and genomics) to deepen our understanding of the biological mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases.
